Fixing RWBY Penny redesign pitch

My attempt at a redesign of Penny from Fixing RWBY a fan project I am a part of. I tried going for a more military look for the region with her combat armor being inspired by Master Chief from Halo given the parent company. Rooster Teeth getting its start making Red vs Blue. I made this in early 2024
