Megaman Duel Override contest entry: Hose man

Because it's pretty clear that my entry didn't proceed to the next step because one of the top 20 was a much better fireman inspired robot master design. I didn't spend too much time on it because with a contest even as you win, there would be good chance it would be changed anyway.
